Program Requirements
Ce programme adapt茅 s'adresse aux 茅tudiants autochtones et r茅pond aux besoins exprim茅s par les leaders de leur communaut茅. Le vingt et uni猫me si猫cle exige la pluridisciplinarit茅 tant chez les individus que dans les 茅quipes, les communaut茅s et les organisations. Ce programme pr茅sente aux participants les connaissances et les comp茅tences requises au d茅marrage, 脿 la promotion et 脿 la gestion d'une entreprise ou d'une organisation pertinente d'un point de vue social. Il vise l'atteinte de la litt茅ratie num茅rique et financi猫re et l'acquisition des comp茅tences de base en mati猫re de communication et de gestion. Il permet aux participants de d茅velopper les habilet茅s n茅cessaires pour cr茅er une entreprise ou travailler efficacement dans une organisation existante, 茅laborer un plan d'affaires, r茅aliser des projets, communiquer avec assurance, bien g茅rer les 茅changes avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, comprendre les fondements du cadre social, politique et l茅gal d'op茅ration des organisations et g茅rer et r茅soudre les conflits.
