Le programme en leadership amène les étudiants à acquérir les compétences et les outils - notamment les pratiques novatrices - nécessaires pour mieux diriger et encadrer des milieux de travail diversifiés, négocier avec brio, influencer des équipes, obtenir des résultats et faire appel à l’analyse de données pour prendre des décisions éclairées. Various models of change and change leadership will be reviewed, as well as follower reluctance or resistance to change and strategies that leaders can use to gain follower commitment.
