Philosophie : An introduction to central issues in the philosophy of the early modern period through an examination of works by, for example, Descartes, Malebranche, Spinoza, Locke, Leibniz, Berkeley and Hume.

Enrollment limit 25. Students who register for more than one First Year Seminar will be obliged to withdraw from all but one of them. Language of instruction is English.
