Sciences politiques : Critical analysis of selected issues and debates in Canadian politics, including citizen participation, electoral system effects, party financing, office-seeking, approaches to representation, and direct democracy and non-party alternatives. Topics are examined from both the perspective of the general population and the specific experience of women and ethno-racial minorities.
