Program Requirements
Le programme de certificat d’études supérieures en leadership de l’aviation vise à développer les compétences en leadership des personnes souhaitant progresser dans leur carrière dans ce domaine. Les participants y étudieront des pratiques de leadership novatrices, les approches de leadership en milieu de travail diversifié, les communications et les négociations centrées sur l’efficacité et l’analyse de données. Le programme emploie une méthodologie axée sur les apprenants qui favorise une meilleure compréhension des concepts relatifs à l’aviation et qui les habilite à mettre immédiatement en pratique leurs nouvelles connaissances en leadership. Les cours visent aussi le développement des compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et de pensée critique. Les cours comprennent des simulations liées à l’aviation, des activités pragmatiques, des études de cas et des conférences données par des leaders du domaine sur différents sujets tels que les compagnies aériennes, les aéroports, la navigation aérienne, la fabrication aérospatiale, etc

CGM2 610 Project Management: Tools and Techniques.

Gestion : Analysis of the development, scheduling, and planning of projects in both public and private organizations. Focus on theories of project management from initiation of a project to close-out. Exploration of project life cycle, planning, scheduling, implementing, monitoring, controlling, close-out and ethics applicable to projects of various sizes, types and degrees of complexity.

CIAM 550 Commun and Networking Skills for Aviation Professionals (3 unités)

CIAM : This course focuses on the tools and techniques required by aviation professionals to analyze, interpret and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders in various contexts. It also provides participants with the opportunity to develop and hone their presentation skills. Topics include: persuasion and influence, collaboration, situation appraisal, business networking, oral and written communication, risk and crisis communication, digital communication, and cross-cultural communication.

CIAM 552 Analytics and Bus. Intelligence for Aviation Professionals (3 unités)

CIAM : This course focuses on the practical application of concepts, knowledge, and computational techniques of data analytics to identify and solve business problems and improve organizational decision making in the aviation industry. Students will analyze and interpret data, and apply insights obtained from inside and outside aviation-related organizations to optimize strategic decision-making and improve operations, productivity and business results.
