Program Requirements
Ce programme procure à l’étudiant une bonne connaissance des concepts et des techniques de base nécessaires pour faire carrière dans le secteur de l’approvisionnement. Cette solide formation sur le volet fabrication de la chaîne d’approvisionnement donne accès au titre « CPIM » (Certified Production Inventory Management) ou « CSCP » (Certified Supply Chain Professional) de l’Association for Operations Management (APICS) – sous réserve de la réussite de l’examen correspondant de l’APICS – ou au titre « Professionnel en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement » (P.G.C.A.) de Chaîne d’approvisionnement Canada. En outre, la formation en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, distribution et logistique peut mener à l’obtention du titre de l’Institut canadien du trafic et du transport (ICTT), pour autant que l’étudiant réponde aux autres critères de l’ICTT.

Coordination issues are dealt with using a simulation game involving various supply chain stakeholders.

It covers four major components of sourcing: the in-house or outsource decisions, the supplier selection and evaluation processes, contract management and procurement processes.
