Admission review process

If you are completing a Canadian provincial high school diploma at a school located听辞耻迟蝉颈诲别听Canada, note that:

  • Deadlines听are the same as for applicants from schools outside Canada.
  • Transcripts and any other required supporting documents must be听uploaded听via the .听Proof of English Proficiency听must be submitted directly to 成人VR视频 by the test provider.
  • If you are completing an Ontario diploma and you have an OUAC number, you must still upload your transcript(s).
  • If admitted, you are expected to maintain your level of academic performance through to the completion of your pre-成人VR视频 studies and be granted the high school diploma.

Admission review is based on 成人VR视频鈥檚 calculation of your听academic Grade 11 and Grade 12 courses (see menu), including the prerequisites for the program(s) to which you applied.

  • Marks for failed/repeated courses are taken into consideration.
  • For programs where science and/or math are prerequisites, these must normally have been completed within the last five years.
  • Required prerequisites must be completed at the Grade 12 (Ontario 4U) level.
  • Grade 11 and Grade 12 (Ontario 3U and 4U) English will be included in the calculation, in addition to any required prerequisite subjects.

Note:听The B.A. & Sc. is a unique degree that is jointly offered by the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Science.听 It is rooted in both Arts and Science and carries roughly equal course weight in each faculty. It is an interdisciplinary degree intended for students who want to pursue simultaneously a Major in the Faculty of Arts and one in the Faculty of Science or one of the interfaculty programs in Cognitive Science, Environment or Sustainability, Science and Society.

    Supporting documentation

    It is in the applicant鈥檚 interest to complete their file as quickly as possible. When program space is limited, preference may be given to applicants who have submitted all required supporting documents/information earlier on. Should a program reach its capacity prior to the 鈥榮upporting documents鈥 and/or 鈥榮elf-reporting鈥 deadline, incomplete applications may be cancelled.

    1. Academic documents

      All academic documents must be听uploaded听via your .听

    2. Copy of high school transcript, including interim/mid-year/first semester results of the final year.
    3. Proof of English proficiency

      Applicants who have lived and attended school, for at least four years, in a country where English is the acknowledged primary language, are not required to provide further proof of English proficiency.

      If this is not the case, official test results will be required by the supporting document deadline.听 Please consult听Proof of English Proficiency听for accepted tests and other exemptions.

    4. Additional supporting documents

      Certain programs will require additional supporting documents. These could be proof of French proficiency, CASPer test results, recommendation letters, personal statement, or other documents; the requirements will be different depending on the program you are applying to. If your program choice is listed below, please carefully verify the additional requirement(s):

      If none of the above apply, additional supporting documents are not considered in the admission review and should not be submitted.
