How much is the program fee?
All amounts indicated on this page are in Canadian dollars.
Fall 2026 program non-tuition fee ESTIMATE: $14,552.34. (Confirmed fee for 2026 TBD. Should be the same or augmented by 3%). This total is paid in installments as follows:
- $1,500 deposit: On the e-bill following the acceptation to the program. The deposit must be paid and is NON-REFUNDABLE.听厂别别听Refund Policy听below.
- Remaining balance: On the July e-bill
- Tuition fees: Amount varies. See below.

How do I pay my fees?
Once you have officially been accepted into the program and have confirmed that you will participate, the following will apply:
- Student Accounts will charge you at the start of the month in which the payment is due.
- If you do not pay the amount by the due date, you will be charged interest, like any other charge on your account.
- You should always check your Account Summary by Term in Minerva (not the e-bill), to see how much you have paid and how much remains to pay to the program.

Tuition fees
Students must register for their courses and pay before leaving for Barbados. For more information about paying student fees, please visit the Student Accounts website. Students may give "guest access" to someone such as a parent to view their student account (tuition) via the internet.
Student Accounts provides the schedule of fees.
Refund policy
$1,500 Deposit: This amount, once paid, is non-refundable.
Balance payment: The amount paid for the program, minus the 1,500$ deposit, can only be refunded if the student can prove that they are unable to participate in the course for health reasons or due to other 鈥渇orce majeure鈥� events. The decision to reimburse the student, in part or in total is made by the Program Director and the course鈥檚 Fund Manager and takes sunk costs into consideration.
Cancellation or termination by the University:听MBFSS is subject to security reviews before departure and throughout the program. If the program is cancelled by the University for security or any other reason outside its control, there might be costs associated with this cancellation. Certain pre-paid, fixed costs might not be reimbursed/refunded. Applicants must be aware that security is a top priority for 成人VR视频 and MBFSS. If there are any doubts about meeting the security standards, MBFSS will be cancelled at the University鈥檚 discretion. See 成人VR视频鈥檚 regulations with regards to travel safety.
In the unlikely event that MBFSS is cancelled by 成人VR视频, before or after departure, 成人VR视频 will assess the funds that have been paid for course-related activities and which cannot be refunded despite our best efforts. The difference between this amount and the program fees paid by students will be reimbursed to students.
Any air travel expenses or additional charges brought about by a cancellation or change in the course will be the students鈥� responsibility.
