Bio to come

Ren茅 Fr茅chette 鈥 Executive Director, Canadian International Organ Competition
Born in Drummondville, Ren茅 Fr茅chette received his bachelor in business administration from the Universit茅 de Sherbrooke in 1983. His career led him to arts administration where he has developed with enthusiasm several large-scale projects for established organizations. He has actively involved himself in his community, namely for the Drummond Chamber of Commerce and with other cultural and recreotouristic organisations.

Before joining the CIOC, Ren茅 Fr茅chette was executive and artistic director of the Mondial des Cultures de Drummondville, an international festival founded in 1982. During his eight-year mandate, the event saw its operations budget double, in addition to increasing its credibility amongst the major international events in Quebec. He has always been dedicated to reconciling the artistic mission and the financial prerogatives, both ever so necessary to the harmonious development of any organisation.

Alexis Carter 鈥 Ensemble Resource Administrator, Schulich School of Music

I am originally from Houston, Texas. After graduating from the High School of the Performing and Visual Arts I attended 成人VR视频 University for my Bachelor's degree in Viola Performance and Music History and again for a Master's in Viola Performance. Working as a musician and an administrator for ensembles and organisations in Texas and in Canada has brought me to where I am now: the Ensemble Resource/Booking Office Administrator for the Schulich School of Music. My first managing experience was serving as the head manager for all of the girls volleyball teams at Spring Branch Middle School, but I prefer working with musicians since there are not locker rooms involved!
