Dear Colleagues,
In order to satisfy the Tri-Agency requirements relating to PCard transactions, a new Purchase Description field has been added in MOPS (effective February 9, 2017).聽 As this is deemed a Best Practice, the Purchase Description field will be mandatory for all PCard transactions across all fund types.
