Project Summary:
The Evidence鈥怋ased Management project was a four鈥恲ear knowledge鈥恗obilization initiative designed听to develop and evaluate a model for supporting greater use of research as a management tool in child welfare organizations. The final year of the project was used to complete an evaluation as well as support the transition to sustainable on鈥恎oing activities, including (1) maintaining two Clinical Integration Groups 鈥 one on sexual abuse and one on conjugal violence 鈥愨 supported by researchers and graduate students, (2) supporting analysis of outcome indicators for In鈥怲he鈥怟now, a joint Batshaw/CRCF research publication, (3) supporting the province鈥恮ide outcome indicators initiative (see Gestion fond茅e sur les indicateurs de suivi clinique en protection de la jeunesse below), and (4) disseminating findings from the study.
