Career pathway
Upon completion of the GCHM Program, the student will have acquired a set of management and leadership skills to allow them to assume, with confidence, a healthcare management role in the public or private sector.听 For example, students will be well-prepared to manage a team, lead a quality improvement project, oversee a hospital unit, own a private clinic practice or negotiate how to implement a new project in their workplace.
The material taught in this program will set a solid foundation of core competencies for healthcare professionals with a strong interest in management at all stages of their careers. Healthcare professionals stepping into a new role will learn how to apply concepts that will have an immediate impact on their effectiveness as leaders in their milieu.

Looking to pursue a master's degree in healthcare management?听Upon successful completion of the GCHM program, the 15 graduate credits can be brought forward for advanced standing in the International Masters for Health Leadership (IMHL) program at 成人VR视频.
