Alina is a committed social entrepreneur with an extensive background in product development, project management, and community building. She is currently Founder and VP Business Development at Agapyo, a maker of sustainable plastics.

Jean-Nicolas is an Associate Professor at the Desautels Faculty of Management, focusing on Organizational Behaviour. In addition to negotiation, his research explores creativity, exploratory learning, and interpersonal influence.
