Dr. Michael Lipset, DISE, Expanding a Creative Learning Model at SXSW EDU with 4 Learning

Working Nation, a US-based organization working to highlight career/technical education and vocational training across the country asked Dr. Michael Lipset (DISE) to appear on their video-based YouTube series highlighting workforce efforts in education.
Filmed at SXSW EDU 2024, the video was one of a series of guest spots they filmed throughout the week and covers 4 Learning鈥檚 approach to school change, which includes vocational training in the recording arts, business of music and media, and other creative endeavors.
4 Learning's work at SXSW Edu involved student-led podcasting, songmaking, and beatmaking experiences housed within the Futures Lounge hosted and managed by partners the K12 Lab in the d.school at Stanford University.
