Faculty of Engineering Registration Form - Freshman, MATH, FACC, and WCOM Courses Only	Students experiencing difficulty registering for Freshman, MATH, FACC, and WCOM courses should complete the聽. Please note that if the issue preventing registration is course capacity, requests for capacity overrides will only be reviewed closer to the start of the term: September for Fall courses, January for Winter courses, and May for Summer courses.
Course Authorization Form	The fillable聽Request for Course Authorization聽form,聽is mainly used for all course registration permits, special registration permissions, and credit limit increases.聽聽 Instructions:聽 you must download the pdf file, save with your聽full name, and then open document in Adobe Reader.聽 If you do not follow these steps the form will remain blank.聽 Also, do not secure聽the document as the Departmental Advisor will not be able to sign the form.聽聽Paper copies will not be accepted. email signed form to聽studentrecords.engineering [at] mcgill.ca (Student Records.)
Late Application for Graduation	If a student missed the Minerva graduation application deadline, they may still submit a request by completing the Late Application for Graduation form on the Graduation page
Late Course Additions	Students requesting to register for a course after the add/drop deadline will need to complete the Late Course Additions Form聽(subject to departmental approval).
Late Course and University Withdrawal Form	Students requesting to withdraw from a course(s) or university聽withdraw聽after all聽deadlines聽have passed, will need to complete the聽Late Course & University Withdrawal form.
Minor Registration Form	Minor Registration Form.聽 (add/drop)聽聽Paper copies will not be accepted.

Request for a Reread	If, after discussion with the instructor, a student wants to request a formal reread of a final exam, they must submit their request via the Reassessment of a Grade and Reread webform.
Proof of Enrolment	Students may obtain a Minerva Proof of Enrolment Letter. Detailed information on the Minerva Proof of Enrolment letters and other letters provided by Service Point is indicated on the .
Special Letter	When the standard letters are聽苍辞迟听sufficient, students may request a Special Letter from the Faculty of Engineering
Post-Graduate Work Permit letter	Students may obtain a letter from Service Point confirming completion of degree requirements before the degree is granted by submitting the 鈥淩equest for a special letter鈥� form on the . *Faculty Approval in MINERVA is required in order to obtain the PGWP letter via Service Point. If you require Faculty Approval early and all your final grades have been submitted and are appearing on your transcript, please submit a request using the聽Special Letter Requests form. Once the Faculty Approval has been entered and confirmed by MESC, you may submit your request to Service Point.
Request for a Leave of Absence	Rules and Regulations, as well as the submission form, can be found on the Leave of Absence聽website.
Transfer Credit Form	Students seeking approval for course equivalency for a 成人VR视频 course or an external course (for University Transfer Students only), should complete the Transfer Credit聽form, include the course syllabus and submit to transfercredits.engineering [at] mcgill.ca (Transfer Credits) for a review and decision.
