This section will provide information to help you understand Crystal Reports which will enable you to run your own queries from the SIS data warehouse.
In order to access and use the SIS data warehouse a query tool must be used. Crystal Reports is the recommended query tool. You can contact your LAN Administrator to have Crystal Reports installed on your computer. Once you have obtained access to the SIS data warehouse and have Crystal Reports installed, read the following sections to learn how to use the tool.
