Karthick received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Anna University, Chennai. He then carried out his M.Tech and Ph.D research work at the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai. His primary area of research includes medical signal processing, modeling of biosignals and biomechanics.
Karthick joined Prof. Jean Gotman鈥檚 lab as a postdoctoral researcher in August, 2016. In Gotman鈥檚 lab, he is studying the high frequency oscillations of intracranial EEG signals for epilepsy research.
