The IQBI unites researchers across all fields of Biology with experts from Physics, Biophysics and Computer Science in a concerted effort to understand the molecular basis for the adaptive behavior of life.

In June 2015, the Integrated Quanitative Biology Initiative (IQBI) was awarded a major research infrastructure grant from the Canadian Foundation for Innovation and Quebec valued at over $12,500,000 total from all partners. This investment recognizes听成人VR视频's existing strength and outstanding promise for international leadership in Quantitative Biology research.
While based in Montreal, the IQBI听connects听international leaders in molecular, cell and tissue imaging, physics, bio-engineering, evolution, and comparative biology in its efforts to decipher how molecular and physical changes translate to critical effects that will determine if organisms thrive or fail. This initiative disseminates knowledge through its publications and training of researchers and students, who will continue to perpetuate this expertise in other institutions. The IQBI encompasses unique and patented equipment at the leading-edge of technology, benefiting Canadian research and industries in biology, agriculture, and bio-materials.
