IIS provides campus-wide access to the network, Internet, email, and manages the IT infrastructure and IT security for all centrally managed systems at 成人VR视频. IC also liaises with Legal Services and Procurement Services to support vendor risk management and PCI compliance. In addition, IC supports audit mandates, the development and review of IT policies, and reporting to the government. IIS is composed of five teams:
- Cloud & Compute Services (managed by Sanghamitra Dutt):听Manages operating systems, infrastructure applications, and cloud platforms鈥攃overing IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) for virtualized computing resources and PaaS (Platform as a Service) for application development and deployment to support network and unified communications (email, instant messaging, cloud storage, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Information Security (managed by Hayson Wong):听protects the 成人VR视频 network and information systems against cyber threats and reduces vulnerabilities by setting security policies and implementing security solutions, including endpoint protection, event monitoring, and two-factor authentication. In collaboration with other units, Information Security supports and sponsors cybersecurity awareness听initiatives within 成人VR视频鈥檚 community.
- Enterprise Platform Management (managed by John Longo):听provides and operates administrative applications infrastructures and services such as central databases, middleware, and API platforms.听
- Network & Telecom (managed by Spiro Mitsialis):听manages wireless and wired networks, and related components.
- Physical Storage and Data Centre听Ops (managed by Stephan Lengacher): This team is听responsible for server management (virtual and physical servers), data storage and backup, and central IT Data Centres.听This team will also have a centre of excellence for infrastructure architecture.
