Our annual Food for Thought Public Lecture Series is in its 22nd season of bringing timely science topics to the community: our neighbours, alumni, students, staff and faculty!

This year's theme is “Celebrating ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ's Bicentennial and the promise of a better tomorrow."
Professor Chandra Madramootoo,BSc(AgrEng) ‘77, MSc 81, PhD 85, (³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ), James ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Professor, Department of Bioresource Engineering, will present the second lecture in the series.
Our former Dean/Associate Vice-Principal (Macdonald Campus) is the Director of the ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Water Innovation Lab, a member of the Food and Agriculture Organization’s Steering Committee on the Global Framework on Water Scarcity in Agriculture, Vice-Chair of the International Development Research Centre's Board of Governors and the Founding Director of the Brace Centre for Water Resources Management.
Professor Madramootoo will address water use over the decades.
