Course Requirements
For each module, participants will be required to:
- Register and complete the demographic questionnaire;
- Complete the pre-test;
- View the 5-min patient/Doctor听video听(MPN module only);
- View听the 30-min video recording;
- Read the module text;
- Ask questions to the instructors through the myCourses form (Optional);
- Complete the post-test;
- Reflect on the impact of the module on your practice and anticipate one to two changes (Information Assessment Method questionnaire/IAM-I);
- Complete the evaluation form (assessing the module);
- Complete IAM-II (6 months after the end of the course);
- Claim credits.
