Monday

6:30 - 8:30 PM:by Sheikh Ali with the MSA. Join us at Masjid al-Salam for an in-depth recurring summer course that will go over the Fiqh chapter of marriage. The class will take place every monday at 6:30 pm from May 18th to early July.

Tuesday

10:30 AM -12:00 PM:Do you have difficulty coping in these uncertain times? Feel you lack a sense of personal control in your life? Do you struggle? In this workshop you will learn coping skills and mindfulness to help you manage anxiety and stress.

11:00 AM - 1:00 PM:A space devoted to making art and community, located within the Healthy Living Annex at the Student Wellness Hub.

Wednesday

12:00 - 1:00 PM:Join the Wellness Hub for a welcoming and accessible meditation workshop designed especially for beginners.

2:00 - 3:30 PM:Having difficulty getting started? Do you find yourself putting off tasks? Join this workshop to (1) develop an awareness of what is procrastination and how you procrastinate, (2) identify how procrastination works, and (3) discuss how to change "procrastination to "doing."

2:00 - 3:30 PM:and mild comforting weather is finally upon us! The Crochet Circle is here with a Spring and Summer edition. After knitting in the winter cold, The Crochet Circle will be moving outside from May to July and will be held on campus grass in front of the Redpath Museum near the hot-dog stand.

2:00 - 4:00 PM:Meet the Local Wellness Advisor from Athletics and Recreation, and connect with on campus cycling resources The Flat Bike Collective and New2Wheels on the Lower Field. Students and members of the VRƵ community are invited to stop by to have small bike issues fixed, ask questions about bike maintenance, and learn more about cycling supports available on campus! Make sure to wear your helmet!

Friday

Join fellow students at MORSL for a watch party featuring an online screening and discussion of afrom theologian, a photographer, and adventurer Thomas Jay Oord (). This film is focused on seeking meaning, connection, and divinity in the natural world. Participants in the MORSL event will be able to watch the 40-minute film together in our cozy drop-in space, enjoy snacks, and share their reflections with each other.
