Post retirement, he was a member of the Career Development Committee, a judge of the ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Student Sustainability Challenge, and was recruited in 2015 as Treasurer of the ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Retiree Association (MURA).

For an unprecedented three terms, Bob’s many contributions for the ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Retirement Association (MURA), including his sustained relationship with partner associations and unions, has ensured a sound organizational stewardship and financial stability. His lifetime commitment to ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ is invaluable. The members of MURA are proud to submit the nomination of Robert D. Stanley for the Honora Shaughnessy Award.
