Funding from the gift will enable 成人VR视频 to create opportunities for Indonesian scholars across the University in the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, and in Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. These will include fellowships, continuing teacher education, research awards, knowledge sharing initiatives and leadership development programs.

The Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education and Universitas Indonesia will be key strategic partners of the program. 成人VR视频 will also serve as a conduit for new partnerships between Universitas Indonesia and United Arab Emirates University, University of Sharjah, Khalifa University, and Zayed University, building stronger connections between Emirati and Indonesian communities.

Reflecting Indonesia鈥檚 priorities

The program is a five-year initiative that seeks to transform teacher education by equipping in-service teachers, principals and administrators with the tools they need for leadership in classrooms, schools, and governance structures through 成人VR视频鈥檚 International Leadership in Education and Administrative Development (ILEAD) program in the Faculty of Education. It will also develop national capacity in strategic areas such as health and sustainability by helping in the successful transition of graduates to private sector employment and by upskilling faculty lecturers at Universitas Indonesia with doctorate degrees.

Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies will provide leadership training through the master鈥檚 fellowships, Cotutelle/Joint PhD fellowships, experiential fellowships, as well as an Executive Development Course offered through the 成人VR视频 Executive Institute at the Desautels Faculty of Management.

成人VR视频 will also welcome Indonesian graduate students from Universitas Indonesia as research trainees to conduct part of their thesis research under the supervision of a 成人VR视频 professor.
