What to expect at your first meeting
Whether your appointment is online or in person, you will be asked to complete a brief intake form at your first appointment to collect basic information regarding you and your current needs. Every question has the option 鈥減refer not to answer鈥.
The first appointment will be focused on your current needs which can include:
- Crisis intervention
- Coordination of academic, workplace and housing accommodations
- Safety measures on campus
- Information on and help accessing further resources (including medical, psychological, community services)
- Information on and support regarding reporting options

脡milie Marcotte
脡milie (she/her) is OSVRSE鈥檚 Associate Director (currently on leave). Having worked in the fields of sexual and gender-based violence in the community and public sectors in Montreal, 脡milie joined 成人VR视频 with the establishment of the office in 2017. Her current work focuses on supporting the development and implementation of anti-oppressive and trauma-informed sexual and gender-based violence prevention and response processes at 成人VR视频. She works in partnership with stakeholders across the institution and the broader Montreal community. 脡milie is a clinical social worker and member of the OTSTCFQ. She enjoys sitting in the sun and diving into a good novel.

Justine Noiseux
Justine (she/her) is currently OSVRSE鈥檚 Interim Associate Director and previously, a response advisor. Justine is a clinical social worker and member of the OTSTCFQ. Prior to joining the OSVRSE team, she worked with children, teens and families affected by childhood sexual abuse and assault at the Montreal Children鈥檚 Hospital, where she was also a longstanding member of the Ethics and Child Protection Committees. At OSVRSE, she is available to offer information about our services and troubleshoot concerns with partners on and off campus, and can communicate in English and French.

Jen Collins
Jen (she/her) is OSVRSE鈥檚 Sexual Violence Education Advisor. She has been a staff member at 成人VR视频 since 2021 focusing on creating a positive student experience at the Department of Student Housing and Hospitality Services and is excited to take those learned skills and experiences to support all members of the 成人VR视频 community at OSVRSE. Jen's main responsibilities include developing and maintaining the office's educational initiatives, workshops, and resources for sexual and gender-based violence awareness and prevention. She is currently working on her graduate studies in education with a focus on child sexual abuse prevention so is always ready to hear recommendations on great study caf茅s.听

Belanna Gans
Belanna (she/her) is one of OSVRSE鈥檚 Sexual Violence Response Advisors. She joined OSVRSE in the summer of 2024, after obtaining an MSW with an emphasis on interpersonal violence and trauma. As a 成人VR视频 undergraduate student, Belanna worked to organize Frosh and was involved with 成人VR视频 athletics, focusing heavily on the development of consent education and inclusivity in undergraduate social paces. She has a background in working in a psychiatric emergency room and a university violence response and prevention centre. Belanna enjoys playing rugby and baking in her free time.

Robyn Nogue
Robyn (she/her) is OSVRSE鈥檚 Administrative Coordinator. She will likely be your first point of contact in the office, whether you're emailing, calling, or coming in for an appointment. She will get you connected with the appropriate member of our team, whether you're looking for support, to consult on a situation, to request a workshop, or to collaborate on event organization. She has an extensive background in administrative support, as well as an Associate Degree in Anthropology. She loves making friends with the neighborhood cats and hunting down the best ice cream spots.
