Mathilde Genest

Mathilde Genest is a PhD student at 成人VR视频 in the Department of Philosophy and the Institute for Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies, under the supervision of Kristin Voigt and Natalie Stoljar. Her doctoral research examines the harms and injustices experienced by sexual assault survivors within the justice system, drawing on bioethical and feminist approaches. More generally, her work focuses on applied ethics, particularly in relation to women鈥檚 health. Broadly, it lies at the intersection of ethics, women鈥檚 health, violence against women, gender inequalities, epistemic injustice, systemic injustice and biases, and public policy. Prior to her doctoral studies, Mathilde worked in the field of research ethics. She also holds a Master鈥檚 degree in Bioethics & Society from King鈥檚 College London and a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Cognitive Science and Philosophy from 成人VR视频.
