The Secretariat administers University elections under the authority of the Statutes of 成人VR视频 and in accordance with the Senate Electoral Procedures and the Electoral Procedures of the Board of Governors, as applicable.
Elections Conducted Under the Senate Electoral Procedures
The Senate Electoral Procedures govern elections for the following positions:
Elections to Senate
- Seven (7) members of the full-time Administrative and Support Staff
- Three (3) full-time Faculty Members at-Large
- One (1) Course Lecturer/Course Instructor at-Large
Elections to the Senate Steering Committee
- Five (5) members from among the Elected Members of Senate
Elections to the Senate Nominating Committee
- Ten (10) members from among the Elected Members of Senate
Elections to the Board of Governors
- Two (2) Elected Members of Senate
Elections to the Advisory Committee for the selection or reappointment of the President
- Two (2) Elected Members of Senate
Elections Conducted Under the Board Electoral Procedures
The Board Electoral Procedures apply to elections of:
- Two (2) Administrative and Support Staff representatives to the Board of Governors
- Two (2) Academic Staff representatives to the Board of Governors
Elections Conducted Under the Statutes
Using the Electoral Procedures for the Board of Governors, the Secretariat also administers elections held directly under the Statutes, including:
- Elections of faculty representatives to Advisory Committees for the appointment or reappointment of Deans

Information regarding upcoming elections, including calls for nominations, eligibility requirements, voting timelines, and results, will be posted on this page as elections are called.
Members of the relevant constituencies will also be notified directly in accordance with the applicable Electoral Procedures.
