Statement of Viewer's Rights and Responsibilities

The ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Senate is pleased to provide members of the ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ community access to the following:

• A live stream of Senate meetings;
• An archived transmission of the most recent Senate meeting.

To view the transmissions, you will require a ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ username and password. Please note that the recording of the live transmission will be archived until the subsequent meeting of Senate.

Your access to these transmissions is subject to the following terms:

1. This material is provided exclusively for personal viewing by members of the ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ community; any other use is prohibited without the written consent of the Secretary-General.
2. Recording, downloading or any other further distribution of the transmission by spectators is strictly prohibited.
3. A breach of these terms may constitute a violation of the Policy on the Responsible Use of ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Information Technology Resources and result in a loss of IT privileges.

Aggregate information on the number of viewers and their profiles (student, faculty members, staff and alumni) may be compiled and reported to Senate.
