Marilyn Ballantyne, RN (EC), PhD
Marilyn is Chief Nurse Executive and Clinician Investigator at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and Adjunct Professor at the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing, University of Toronto. She is a also a nurse practitioner in Neonatal Intensive Care. She is committed to quality and evidence-informed client and family-centred care.
Connie Cameron, RN, MN
Connie is a Registered Nurse and is the Professional Practice Coordinator as well as the Inpatient Surgical Unit Project Manager SickKids in Toronto. Progressing through many project leadership and practice development roles, Connie is committed to the design and delivery of programs which enhance and advance practice in order to better enable quality, safe and outstanding care for patients and families.
Lyne Chamelot, BComm, MBA
Lyne is the Director of HR Operations and Organizational Development at SickKids where she oversees hospital-wide Labour Relations, Employee Relations, HR Business Partners, and Organizational Development. She is passionate and committed to being part of the amazing team at the Hospital for Sick Children.
Christina Clausen, RN, PhD
Christina received her PhD in Nursing Administration from 成人VR视频 in 2016 and currently serves as Site Lead for the 成人VR视频 Nursing Collaborative at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal. Christina is dedicated to enhancing a strong and thriving community of nursing scholarship in Montreal that promotes a strength-based approach as well as continue to focus on interprofessional, collaborative management opportunities for professional development and continuing education initiatives.
Michele Durrant, RN, MN
Michele is an Interprofessional Education Specialist affiliated with the Learning Institute SickKids and an Adjunct Guest Lecturer at the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing at the University of Toronto, at Ryerson University, and at Nipissing University. Michele鈥檚 focus is in designing and delivering interprofessional education programs that enhance collaborative care delivery and leadership within a clinical context.
Bonnie Fleming-Carroll, RN (EC), MN
Bonnie is the Associate Chief of Nursing & Interprofessional Education and a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Respiratory Medicine at SickKids. She is an adjunct lecturer at University of Toronto, Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing. She has a passion for building capacity in healthcare providers, systems and processes that support children鈥檚 health.
Laurie N. Gottlieb, RN, PhD
Laurie is the founder of Strengths-Based Nursing and Healthcare (SBNH) and is a full professor at the Ingram School of Nursing at 成人VR视频 and the Nurse-Scholar-in-Residence at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal.
Pam Hubley, RN, MSc
A pediatric nurse for almost 30 years, Pam is the Vice President, Education & Academic Practice, and is Chief of International Nursing at SickKids and is an Adjunct Professor in the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing at the University of Toronto. She has a keen interest in building capacity for children鈥檚 health and creating professional practice learning environments that foster innovation through highly effective team collaboration.
Joanne Maxwell, MSc, BScOT, OT Reg. (Ont.), BSc, PMP, CHE
Joanne is Senior Director for Collaborative Practice at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, overseeing the professional and interprofessional practice needs of the health disciplines. She has a clinical background in Occupational Therapy, is a certified Project Management Professional, and is actively involved in clinical research in healthcare transitions, solutions focused coaching, and the impact of healthcare portals on client engagement and clinician documentation practices.
Mary McAllister, RN, PhD
Mary is the Associate Chief, Nursing Practice at SickKids where she is a strong advocate for relationship-based care and the integration of strengths-based approaches in the care of children and families.
Diane Savage, MSW RSW
Diane Savage brings more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience to her current role as Vice President, Programs and Services at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. With a career that spans the health care continuum from acute care through to complex rehabilitation and community based care, Diane has focused her leadership on the design, delivery and evaluation of high quality client- and family-centred services and has invested in cultivating new leadership capacity at all levels.
Karen Spalding, RN, PhD
Karen is the Director of the Master鈥檚 of Health Administration Program at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University and previously worked in a wide range of advanced nursing practice and academic administration roles. With a PhD focusing on Health Policy, the main focus of Karen鈥檚 research program is examining the role of government in health care, and the consequences of health system changes for health care organizations, providers, patients and families.
Rick Wray, RN, MN
Rick鈥檚 nursing career spans more than 30 years, and includes a variety of clinical, education and leadership roles in acute care paediatrics. He is currently the Director of Quality Management, Patient Safety and Infection Prevention & Control (IPAC) at SickKids, where he oversees hospital wide quality and safety functions that include safety reporting, policies, procedures and guidelines, Accreditation processes and the coordination of annual quality improvement priorities and public reporting of quality indicators.
