Select 鈥淏ook an Appointment鈥�. Kindly note that the self-service Appointment Booking platform opens new slots for appointments every day. If you do not see availabilities, please try again the next day. NOTE: In order to be equitable, it is important to follow the instructions as indicated, therefore if you have not been instructed to book an appointment, however do so anyway, your appointment will be cancelled.
As of December 1, 2024: Our office has transitioned away from the temporary self-service Appointment Booking platform (MS Booking). Students and our team have experienced many challenges with this particular feature which has not optimized services for our clientele. Students who have submitted an in-course financial aid application and have instructions on their application to book an appointment with a Financial Aid Counselor should contact our Front Line Team, at 514-398-6013 or email at student.aid [at] mcgill.ca, once an appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an automated confirmation and reminders, however you will be required to contact our office should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Although our team is working continuously to provide online assessments, delays can be expected during the following peak periods: August, September and January.
