Hygi猫ne et sant茅 du m茅tier : Course covers hearing conservation, health effects of electromagnetism, ionizing radiation safety and ventilation controls. For each of these agents, properties, mechanisms of actions, health effects, engineering control methods, exposure standards and safety measures are studied. Ventilation strategies for industry are also covered.

Students must register for both OCCH 605D1 and OCCH 605D2
No credit will be given for this course unless both OCCH 605D1 and OCCH 605D2 are successfully completed in consecutive terms
