Faculty Learning Community (FLC)

A supportive space for new tenure-track instructors at 成人VR视频 to engage in meaningful dialogue, share teaching practices, and build lasting professional networks.

Through regular facilitated meetings, peer learning opportunities, and targeted professional development, the FLC aims to strengthen teaching at 成人VR视频, expand our scholarly community, and contribute to a vibrant culture of learning.

鈥淢eeting other new and more experienced professors was so helpful鈥攏ot just for support, but for realizing that others also find things overwhelming. It鈥檚 the little things that built my confidence in teaching, and the tricks you only learn from those with experience.鈥 鈥 New 成人VR视频 instructor
