In addition to the regular emergency travel assistance benefit, staff members travelling on university business are also covered for emergency medical expenses incurred as a direct result of war, insurrection and terrorism.

This coverage is provided by AIG1-877-204-2017 (US & Canada) or听听715 295 9967 (collect)

This coverage is in addition to and supplements Manulife's regular Emergency Travel Assistance benefit.

What to do in case of a medical emergency while traveling?

  • Contact Global Excel Management (GEM)听as soon as possible.
  • If you are not covered by the 成人VR视频 Supplemental Health Plan, contact your insurance provider directly
  • Contact 成人VR视频. You are encouraged to use the normal communication channels for your Faculty or Unit for any emergencies.

Registration Form for Faculty/Staff Traveling on University Business

All University business travel must be registered through this form to ensure coverage for any unforeseen medical emergencies while traveling outside your province of residence.

You must log in with your 成人VR视频 credentials (email and password) to access this form.
