Academic Review Action Plans

Units/Programs are required to prepare action plans to address the recommendations arising from Review Committee Reports and collaborate with Deans on their implementation. These action plans must be actionable and have milestones and timelines associated with them and be agreed to by the Dean.

Follow up on implementation of the action plans will be provided by the Academic Policy Committee of Senate (APC) which is the central oversight for the academic review process. Units/Programs will be asked to provide Progress Reports to APC via OAR, who will present them to APC for discussion once per term (typically in November and April).
