We propose a systematic continuous improvement process over a 3-year period to ensure courses maintain a high quality of excellence in terms of updates to content, online pedagogical strategies, and the technology used. At the end of 3 years, online programs will be subjected to a streamlined academic review done in consultation with the Office of Academic Review.
