The steps to take:听

*** Please note starting on July 1, 2024, we are currently not seeing patients until early to middle 2025. Please ensure that your doctor orders the appropriate imaging prior to your first appointment in 2025. ***

The first step is to obtain a referral or consultation from your doctor. This can be faxed to the High Risk Breast Clinic at (514) 340-8600, or dropped off at the JGH Segal Cancer Centre, 7th floor E-Pavillion (E740). If you have had a prior atypical breast biopsy, please attach a copy of the biopsy pathology report, or ask your doctor to do so. You may also be asked to provide recent breast imaging reports from screening mammograms, ultrasounds, or MRIs.

If you have already been seen by our Department of Medical Genetics: Direct referrals from our Cancer Genetic Service may occur in the event that a patient has a positive test result. You will be contacted to complete an intake questionnaire and schedule an appointment.听听
