In order to satisfy the Tri-Agency requirements relating to PCard transactions, a new Purchase Description field has been added in MOPS (effective February 9, 2017).听 As this is deemed a Best Practice, the Purchase Description field will be mandatory for all PCard transactions across all fund types.
Please note that that this Memorandum was sent today to all faculty members, academic and senior leadership as well as to department administrative assistants/officers.
