PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A community health and social services recruitment and retention strategy will be developed in collaboration with the Agence, the CSSS de la Côte-de-Gaspé, the Carrefour Jeunesse and educational institutions to be delivered over the next two years. As the public institutions already have, in some cases, internal recruitment and retention strategies, the focus of our project will be to identify the actions where the community may take some responsibility and actively participate in promotional activities that will enhance bilingual recruitment in our public institutions.
