All experiments requiring a biosafety protocol in the facility MUST be covered by the submitting laboratory鈥檚 approved Biosafety Protocol. All users will provide FEMR staff with a copy of their Biosafety Protocol (/ehs/files/ehs/ehs-form-014_v2.1_biohazards_application_form_1.pdf) and their EHS Permit Number. The FEMR is not approved to handle samples above BSL-2 or select agents. All users will need to add FEMR research spaces to their own Biosafety Protocol before beginning experiments.
