User fees for instruments and equipment are for independent use after training by staff. Add the hourly technical rate to the hourly instrument/equipment rate for staff assistance.
Other direct project costs (telephone, fax, photocopies, consumables, etc.) are billed according to the actual cost incurred by the facility. Unless otherwise noted, there is a one-hour minimum fee on all instruments and technical time.
Regular services and instrument/equipment usage are invoiced monthly.
We will discuss minimizing costs when a client desires a customized service project. 聽 If the staff feels the time to perform a custom project would be less if a straight hourly labor charge plus materials were billed rather than calculated on a cost per sample basis, we will help to choose the method that will provide the most cost-effective solution.
鈥淩USH鈥� or 鈥渙n-demand鈥� service is subject to a 100% surcharge (for work placed ahead of previously scheduled jobs is considered 鈥淩USH鈥� or 鈥渙n-demand鈥�).
