Some Library websites unavailable Monday, April 9, 6am to 7am

The following Library web sites and services will be unavailable Monday, April 9, 2018, from 6am to 7am, for a scheduled upgrade:

Exam Period Access to Nahum Gelber Law Library for Winter 2018 semester

Starting April 3, 成人VR视频 students are able to access the听Nahum Gelber Law Library听24 hours a day, seven days a week. As agreed between the Students' Society of 成人VR视频 (SSMU) and the Law Students Association (LSA), the Nahum Gelber Law Library will limit access to the three upper floors of the library to Law students only during the April 17听- 30听examination period. 听Details are as follows:

Water Shutdown - McLennan Library Building

- Washrooms on all floors in McLennan are now open.

- The Data Lab and microfiche viewing room on the second floor are听both听re-opened.

- There are still some drying machines operating on the second floor but operations are mostly back to normal.

Easter weekend Library hours

The following branches will be open for study to听成人VR视频 users over the Easter weekend (Friday, March 30听through Monday, April 2):

- Humanities and Social Sciences Library

- Schulich Library of Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, and Engineering

Downtime for Library Blogs and Library Matters due to upgrade, March 20 8:30am to 9am

成人VR视频 Library Blogs听and听Library Matters听will be unavailable Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 8:30am to 9am for a scheduled WordPress upgrade.

McLennan Library Building Water Shutdown March 21, 10pm to 6am

Please note, water will be shut off听at the McLennan Library Building on听Wednesday, March 21 at 10pm until 6am on Thursday, March 22.听All six floors are听affected.听This shutdown is necessary for the City of Montreal to install water meters in the building.

During this time, please use the washrooms located in the Redpath Library Building.

The main floor Redpath Library Building washrooms will be closed from听March 5th to听9th for improvements.

WorldCat catalogue and Email a Librarian unavailable from 10pm February 24 to 8am on February 25

The 成人VR视频 Library WorldCat catalogue and the Email a Librarian service will be unavailable due to planned maintenance from 10:00pm on听Saturday, February 24th听through to 8:00am on听Sunday, February 25th.

Renovations | McLennan second floor & integration of Education materials into main collection

Over the course of the Winter 2018 and Summer 2018 semesters the Education Collection, currently housed on the second floor the Humanties and Social Sciences Library, will be integrated into the main Humanities and Social Sciences Collection in the McLennan Library Building. This project will increase the visibility and browsability of the Education Collection and will create space for over 100 new study seats.

Extended hours for McIntyre 3rd floor start February 12

Starting Monday February 12th, 2018, the opening hours for the听McIntyre Medical Building 3rd floor study space will be extended weekly at night until 20:30 from Monday to Thursday ONLY.

The opening hours are as follows:听

Schulich Library closed March 2 - March 6

The Schulich Library of Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, and Engineering will be closed to all from Friday, March 2, 2018, 18:00 to Tuesday, March 6, 2018, 9:00. 听After-hours access at Schulich will also be disabled.听
