12:00 - 1:30 PM:ÌýÌýIf you have graduated/are graduating soon, join the ISS Life after Graduation: Smooth Sailing webinar to know more about aspects like health insurance coverage and receive tips on how to be successful at navigating work after graduation.

4:00 - 6:00 PM:ÌýÌýwith CaPs. The Emerging Leaders Stream 2 program is a new offering for students who are looking for an opportunity to grow and thrive with a group of like-minded peers focusing on leadership. This session is one of the series focusing on conflict management and decision-making.

Tuesday

11:00 AM - 1:00 PM:ÌýÌýA space devoted to making art and community, located within the Healthy Living Annex at the Student Wellness Hub.

1:30 - 3:30 PM:Ìýwith the Wellness Hub. This group is intended for students who are thinking about slowing down, being more mindful, and less critical of themselves- but do not know how to! Some prior experience with meditation would be beneficial but not mandatory.

2:00 - 4:00 PM:ÌýÌýwith the Wellness Hub. Discover the subtle ways digital habits affect mood, sleep, and focus, and learn effective techniques to set healthy boundaries, reduce digital overload, and reclaim your mental clarity.

Wednesday

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM:ÌýÌýat the Concordia EV Building (1543 Rue St. Catherine West). Join for a rich learning experience about the Sikh faith, history, and art! Co-hosted by the ³ÉÈËVRÊÓÆµ Sikh Students' Association and Sikh Heritage Quebec. As one of the core principles, langar (free food) will also be provided. All admissions are free of charge. Bring your friends and family!

1:00 - 2:30 PM:Ìý(Graduate Student Edition) The Local Wellness Advisors are pleased to present Know Your Student Rights (Graduate Student Edition), a practical workshop offered by the Student Advocacy branch of the Legal Information Clinic at ³ÉÈËVRÊÓÆµ (LICM).

6:00 - 8:00 PM:Ìýwith the Church of A&P's Young Adult Ministry. We are starting a new study on Wednesday nights, "Encountering Jesus". This will be a 5 week study of the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. The focus on this day will be parables. A light dinner will be served.

6:30 PM:Ìýwith scholar Ashley L Crouch. A collaboration between Sex and Self ³ÉÈËVRÊÓÆµ and St. Martha's Chapel. People of all backgrounds who are interested in the topic are welcome. Meet us for pizza and a talk on sex positivity in the Bible! RSVP to help organizers plan food quanitites.
