Applications are accepted year-round. Please note that Externships are usually booked 6-months in advance.
The following documents are needed:
- A letter from your dental school verifying you are in good standing / or if in residency, a letter from the Program Director
- A current curriculum vitae
- Immunization history
- A completed聽
OMFS Externship Application - A picture or headshot of yourself with your application.
A letter confirming your date(s) will be sent to you by e-mail.
