Summer Institutes in Global Health Courses

The ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Summer Institutes feature internationally known faculty, a focus on highly applicable new knowledge, and an opportunity to network with fellow global health professionals from around the world. The unique format of short, non-credit, professional development courses attracts a diverse group of participants, from industry leaders to NGO’s, academics and researchers, and advocacy group members.

³§³Ü³¾³¾²¹°ù²â:ÌýÌýStarted in 2015, the ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Summer Institutes bring the research and clinical strengths of ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ and the ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Health Centre - Research Institute to the world in a short course format.

Courses may be taken in-person or online depending on the course.ÌýMost course material will be recorded to accommodate asynchronous learners from all time zones. Proudly announcing an upcoming intensive course covering a wide array of research methodologies and topics in the medical field. The course is designed to enhance your knowledge and skills in various research domains, including:

  • Methods of operational research
  • Randomized controlled trials
  • Systematic reviews and meta-analyses
  • Qualitative/community-based research
  • Decision analyses and modeling

  • Accreditation: This program meets the accreditation criteria defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. It has been accredited by the Office of Continuing Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ for up to 31.75 Section 1 credits/hours.

Conversion of Credits:
