Movies 4 Mental Health Event
Knowing that art can speak the language of our interior worlds, the M4MH event harnesses film to engage with participants on the vital topic of mental health. On January 27 from 6:15-8:30 p.m. (doors open at 6 p.m.) in Arts W-215. As part of Bell Lets Talk week at 成人VR视频, join the Office for Sexual Violence Response, Support and Education (OSVRSE) and the Student Wellness Hub as we welcome national organization to host this free 2-hour workshop.
Students, educators, community, and health professionals are welcome to attend and see how short film has the power to increase understanding and compassion around mental health, and the various impacts it can have on individuals and communities. The film will be followed by a panel discussion highlighting student lived experiences and mental health resources on and off campus. Free food will be provided! Reserve your spot today.
The Arts building is wheel chair accessible and has gender neutral washrooms in the basement. For additional accessibility related questions click here or contact osvrse [at] mcgill.ca
