Self-Care Drama Therapy Workshop

Wednesday, September 25, 2019 11:00to12:00
Brown Student Services 3600 rue McTavish, Montreal, QC, H3A 0G3, CA

The Consent ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Campaign in collaboration with ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ's Wellness Hub has teamed up to offer you three 1-hour Self-Care Drama Therapy sessions where participants are invited to explore thoughts, feelings, and perceptions around consent culture. This workshop will be an opportunity to unwind and express yourself in relation to topics around consent and personal empowerment. We will use drama and elements of play to explore thoughts and feelings around consent, as well as some role play to rehearse scenarios that may come up. We will also spend some time to be present with ourselves as well as each other as we get in touch with our own body boundaries.

All session will be held in ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ's Wellness Hub 3600 McTavish Room 5001

Session 1: 11-12 p.m.
Session 2: 12-1 p.m.
Session 3: 1-2 p.m.

Sessions are open to all ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ members: students, staff and faculty. Each 1 hour slot will follow the same theme and build upon participant needs and level of comfort. You are welcome to attend 1 or more sessions.
