 How to prevent, recognize and address the signs and symptoms.

This workshop is for Family Medicine graduate students

Do you feel mentally, emotionally or physically exhausted? Are you struggling with motivation for your project?听 Are simple tasks in your work more difficult than they should be for you? Do you find yourself having a negative attitude about yourself or others, more irritable and annoyed than usual?听 You may be experiencing symptoms of burnout. This workshop will discuss what burnout is, what makes individuals vulnerable in their work/study environments, and how to prevent or address it in practical ways. Please join us to learn more about this topic and how you can recognize when this is happening to you, and how to take action in your own life.

Pizza and refreshments will be served. This event is a collaboration between the Student Wellness Hub and the Family Medicine Graduate Students Society (FMGSS).
